How we got here
Rushan Motor Factory, the predecessor of today's business, begins production in Rushan, Shandong
The present company is established, focused on special-purpose electric motors
Acquired the assets and operations of a neighbouring motor manufacturer, expanding production capacity
Recognised as a Shandong Provincial Special Motor Engineering Technology Research Centre; permanent magnet synchronous and brushless DC motor development receives a provincial science and technology award
Renamed Shandong Lijiu, and accredited as a National High-Tech Enterprise

Explosion protection outside China: what we do and do not hold
For hazardous areas we hold Chinese explosion-protection certification, CSAfor North America, and EAC for Russia and the Customs Union — including explosion-protection certification for the YBX3 series.
We do not currently hold ATEX or IECExcertification, and our CE certificates cover the EMC and Low Voltage directives only — they are not a basis for installing a motor in an EU hazardous area. We can apply for ATEX against a confirmed order; certification lead time is set by the certifying body, so we do not quote one in advance. If your project is in an EU hazardous area,tell us early and we will set out the route.
Where we build, and where we ship
Two manufacturing bases
Rushan, Weihai in Shandong Province, China, and the Rojana Bowin 2 Industrial Estate in Si Racha, Chonburi, Thailand. The Thailand plant shortens lead times into Southeast Asian and export markets.
Export markets
Products ship worldwide, built to both IEC and NEMA frame standards so they can be specified into either system without adaptation.
