Privacy Notice

This notice explains what happens to the details you send us through the enquiry form on this website.

Last updated: 9 October 2026

Who we are

Shandong Lijiu Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd (“LEADGO”, “we”) operates this website. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the form on this website, we collect what you type into it: your name, company, email address and country, the type of enquiry, and, if you add them, the product or series, the quantity and target date, and your message.

Why we use it

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry: to prepare a specification, quotation or documents, and to follow up on that enquiry.

Who handles it

• Your enquiry is sent to our sales team by email through a third-party form-processing service (Web3Forms).
• We also keep a copy in our website hosting provider’s storage (Cloudflare) for 90 days, so that an enquiry is not lost if an email fails to arrive.
• The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated programs. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser for that purpose.

Sharing with a distributor

If you use the “Find a distributor” option, we share your name, company, email address and country with the authorised LEADGO distributor covering your region, so that they can contact you. We do this only if you tick the box on the form to agree. We do not share an enquiry with other companies, apart from the services listed above.

Where it goes

Our team is in China and Thailand, and the services listed above operate internationally, so your details may be processed outside your country.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept in our sales mailbox for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship. The copy held by our hosting provider is deleted after 90 days.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to [email protected]. If you would rather not use the form, you can email us at the same address.
