Become a LEADGO Partner
For distributors, regional agents and system integrators selling industrial motors into oil & gas, mining, cement, metallurgy, chemical and plastics.
What we sell through you, and what we won't do to you
LEADGO builds industrial electric motors: high-efficiency induction, permanent magnet synchronous, explosion-proof and high-voltage machines, in both IEC and NEMA frames. We manufacture — we are not a trading house reselling someone else's castings.
Almost all of that reaches end users through partners. Which means the terms we offer you are not a marketing layer on top of the business; they are the business.
We do not sell around you
Register a deal and we will not approach that customer directly, and no other partner may undercut you on it. We also hold partners to the same rule across territory lines. This applies at every tier, including the first — it is not a benefit you have to earn.
The reason is straightforward: a partner who suspects the manufacturer might take the account will not hire local engineers, will not carry stock and will not spend on the market. Territory protection is not generosity — it is what makes the rest of the programme work.
A manufacturer your customers can check
The hardest objection you will face is not price. It is "we have never heard of them." These are the things that answer it.

Built to carry your projects
Range
More than 30 series and 3,000 ratings, from fractional through to 3,500 kW, across the full voltage range up to 10 kV. Both IEC and NEMA frames, so you can quote either standard from one supplier.
Efficiency
IE3 through IE5 induction machines, and permanent magnet synchronous motors that hold efficiency at light and variable load where induction machines fall away. Measured savings on completed retrofits run from 8% to over 40%, depending on what came out.
Hazardous area
Flameproof and dust ignition-proof series across nine product lines, certified in China, under CSA for North America, and under EAC for Russia and the Customs Union. Hazardous-area approval is the gate that decides most oil, gas and mining tenders before price is discussed — see exactly which certificates cover which market.
Where your margin comes from
LEADGO does not compete on price, and does not ask you to. A price war compresses your margin and ours at the same time. The programme is built on five things instead.
Lower your risk
Regional warehousing, consignment stock and a tiered emergency replacement commitment. The point is to keep your capital and your downtime exposure off your balance sheet — so representing LEADGO is a low-risk business, not a bet.
Protect your margin
Market development funds, demo unit support and an annual rebate structure. You should be able to see what you earn on a LEADGO motor before you quote it, not after.
Share our leads
Enquiries from this website, from trade shows and from our own marketing are routed to the partner covering that territory. We generate demand and hand it over — you are not on your own finding customers.
Defend your territory
Deal registration, territory exclusivity, price protection, and a commitment not to sell around you. These four together are what make it safe to put your own people and money into a market.
Build something lasting
Certification, joint development and an annual partner meeting. We would rather define products and plan markets with you than renegotiate a distribution agreement every year.
Eight modules, sixteen policies
Delivery
Regional warehouses and service centres, consignment stock for Elite partners, and a tiered emergency replacement commitment. Industrial motors stop production lines when they fail — the loss is never just the motor.
Technical
Free online training on selection, installation, commissioning, explosion-protection certification and efficiency standards. Certified partners train on site; Elite partners can request a factory application engineer on major tenders.
Marketing
We run the SEO, the industry content and the case publishing centrally, and hand you assets you can use directly. Certified partners and above can have a co-branded page carrying both logos.
Protection
Deal registration, territory exclusivity, price protection, no selling around you. This is the module that separates this programme from a price list.
Profit
Market development funds against your local trade shows, advertising and demonstrations, plus an annual rebate. Demo units at preferential prices so trying a new product line does not cost you a full unit.
Sales
Joint visits to major accounts with our sales and engineering people behind you. Industry solution packs — selection manuals, application cases, competitive comparisons — for the sectors we actually serve.
Brand
A tiered certification badge you can put on your website, your card and your quotations, and joint attendance at regional trade shows with costs shared through the MDF mechanism.
Growth
Elite partners take part in defining new products, particularly localisation — certification standards, interface specifications, climate adaptation. Plus an annual global partner meeting.
Three tiers, and a route between them
Higher tiers unlock more of the programme and ask more in return. The point of the structure is that the path up is written down, not negotiated case by case.
Registered Partner
Who it fits
Distributors and traders new to LEADGO, in a trial or evaluation phase.
What it unlocks
Basic registration, online training, the marketing asset pack, the ROI calculator, price protection and our no-selling-around-you commitment.
Certified Partner
Who it fits
Regional agents and system integrators with steady sales, willing to carry stock and staff a team.
What it unlocks
Everything above, plus shared warehousing, market development funds, website lead allocation, joint customer visits, on-site and online certification training, and the ability to apply for territory exclusivity.
Elite Partner
Who it fits
Leading channels in their market, exclusive agents, long-term strategic partners.
What it unlocks
Everything above, plus consignment stock settled after sale, priority lead allocation, a co-branded page, resident field application engineer support on major projects, priority exclusivity approval, and a seat in new-product definition.
What is assessed
Tier is set at signing and reviewed annually. We look at purchase volume against the target agreed for your territory, how many of your people hold current product certification, how long you have been trading, and what stock commitment you are prepared to make. Elite applicants also submit an annual business plan.
Partners who fall short of their tier for two consecutive review periods get an improvement period and targeted support before any downgrade is considered. We would rather fix the relationship than end it.
Volume targets, rebate rates and fund allocations are set per territory and confirmed in your agreement — they are not the same number in every market.
Four steps, and what each one needs from you
Apply
Send us your business licence, any industry qualifications, and your track record if you have one. Tell us which territory and which industries you cover.
Qualification review
Our overseas division checks corporate compliance, how close your existing business is to ours, and your coverage of the territory you are asking for.
Agreement
We sign an LGPP agreement setting your starting tier, territory and annual targets. Your tier benefits are live from the day it takes effect.
Annual review
Once a year we review volume, certified staff and market activity. Meet the next tier and you move up automatically — you do not have to ask.
