YFBBPX3 Series High-Efficiency Dust Ignition-Proof Variable-Frequency Three-Phase Induction Motor
Variable-speed drive in a combustible dust atmosphere: enclosure "t" protection, IP65, and separate forced cooling so the low end of the range stays within the surface temperature limit.
YFBBPX3 is a totally enclosed high-efficiency dust ignition-proof variable-frequency three-phase induction motor, meeting grade 3 of GB 18613—2020 and built to GB/T 3836.1-2021, GB/T 3836.31-2021 and the company standard Q/1083 SLJ 049-2022 for frames 80 to 355.
Constant torque runs 3 to 50 Hz and constant power 50 to 100 Hz (50 to 60 Hz on some ratings). Cooling is IC416.
Forced cooling matters more here than on an ordinary drive application. In a dust atmosphere the protection concept rests on a maximum surface temperature; a machine that loses cooling as it slows down is walking towards that limit exactly when the drive is asking it to keep producing torque.
