YE4 Large-Power Series Three-Phase Induction Motor
The same 200–1000 kW low-voltage platform as the YE3 large-power series, one efficiency class higher at IE4.
A totally enclosed fan-cooled large-frame induction motor meeting grade 2 of GB 18613—2020, corresponding to IE4 in IEC 60034. Ratings run 200 kW to 1000 kW in frames H355 to H450 at 380 V or 660 V.
At these ratings the efficiency step from IE3 to IE4 is worth real money. A single percentage point on a 630 kW machine running continuously is a meaningful annual figure, which is why the premium is easier to justify here than on a small motor.
IMB3, IMB35 and IMV1 mounting forms are all built.
