YE3 Large-Power Series Three-Phase Induction Motor
The low-voltage answer above 200 kW: IE3 efficiency in H355–H450 frames at 380 V or 660 V, where going to high voltage is not warranted.
This is the large-frame extension of the YE3 platform, meeting grade 3 of GB 18613—2020 and therefore IE3 of IEC 60034. Ratings run from 200 kW to 1000 kW in frames H355 to H450, at 380 V or 660 V.
It exists for a specific decision point. Above a few hundred kW, the alternative is a high-voltage machine plus the switchgear and cabling that comes with it. If the site already has a 380 V or 660 V distribution capable of the current, staying low voltage avoids that whole chain.
Three mounting forms are built — IMB3, IMB35 and IMV1 — so the same series covers horizontal foot, flange and vertical installations.
